Hi there! I’m Roqy Koh, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself with you.

I have a deep passion for helping people find their dream homes and assisting with property sales.

I graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) and gained invaluable knowledge and skills that have helped me excel in my career. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked in the oil and gas industry, where I learned the value of perseverance and hard work.

I’ve also worked as a business developer in a SME, where I honed my negotiation and communication skills.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive numerous awards for my work, which has boosted my confidence and validated my hard work.

As a mother to two amazing boys, I find balancing work and motherhood challenging at times, but it’s a challenge that I’m grateful to take on every day.

My family and I love going on outdoor adventures together.

Now let me introduce my partner, Rick Long.

With extensive experience in the real estate industry, Rick has developed a strong passion for helping clients find their ideal homes.

He graduated from the esteemed Singapore Polytechnic and served in the airforce before becoming a realtor, where he learned the importance of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.

Rick has received several accolades for his exceptional service and dedication to his clients. His ultimate goal is to provide the best possible experience to every individual he works with, whether they are buying or selling a property. Knowing that he’s made a positive impact on someone’s life is what keeps him motivated to keep striving for excellence every day.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his families and friends. He is an avid sports fan and love to catch a game whenever he can.

We’re both foodies and enjoy exploring the diverse culinary landscape that Singapore has to offer.

Together, Rick and I co-founded Team RightPropertyMatters with the shared vision that our clients’ needs and best interests are at the heart of everything we do. We approach everything with a friendly and approachable attitude, whether it’s helping someone find their dream home, negotiating a business deal, or simply chatting with a friend.

We believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect.
